For property search features, we may collect listing views, search filters, registration prompt activity, referral source, favorites, saved searches, inquiry details, and alerts. Listing Radar, SafeShow, CarPlay, Watch, route, map, or nearby-search features may process location or route-related information when you use those features or permit device location access.
For transaction, brokerage, and marketplace tools, we may collect documents, signatures or signature metadata, checklist activity, CDA/payment workflow details, showing coverage activity, feedback certifications, internal ratings, dispute notes, and information needed to operate Go Show Pronto and other RJ tools.
For communications, we may collect messages, attachments, notification preferences, call/text records, AI receptionist activity, call routing details, transcripts or summaries when enabled, and support or follow-up notes. If an agent connects a mailbox or social account, we may store authorization tokens and related account metadata needed to provide the connected feature.

If you create an RJ client account, you can initiate deletion from the RJ mobile app under Connect, Client Account, Delete Client Account. Deletion signs you out and removes the client login, saved searches, saved homes, client activity, sessions, identities, and related mobile device records from the client account system.
Agent, vendor, admin, transaction, payment, brokerage, compliance, safety, dispute, and legal records may need to be retained or handled through an RJ Williams & Company support or admin process because real estate and brokerage recordkeeping duties can continue after account access ends.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when available or by contacting us. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when needed.
You can manage optional website analytics and advertising choices at /privacy-choices. You can also change browser cookie settings or clear local storage at any time, although doing so may reset preferences or sign-in state.

Mobile App, Location, Camera, and Notifications
The RJ mobile app, Watch, CarPlay, and related app features may request access to device capabilities such as location, camera, photos, push notifications, contacts, Siri, CarPlay, or biometric/passkey authentication depending on the feature you choose to use.
Location-enabled features are used for property search, Listing Radar, SafeShow, mapping, routing, agent safety, and dispatch-style tools. Camera or photo access may be used for business-card scanning, document capture, profile images, or other upload features. Push tokens are used to deliver requested app notifications.
You can change mobile permissions through your device settings. Some app features may not work without the permission they need.
Fair Housing
RJ Williams & Company supports fair housing and equal professional service. We do not use personal information to make discriminatory housing decisions or to support discriminatory requests.
Children
